→ Single Party tickets will be released approximately one month before the event.

For this edition:

→ Day Passes, Workshop Passes and Concert tickets will not be available.

TICKET CHANGES & REFUNDS

REFUNDS

→ Full Pass tickets can be refunded within 10 days of purchase

→ A 10% service fee + transaction fees will be deducted

→ After 14 September 2026: 40% service fee applies

→ Tickets purchased after 30 September 2026 are non-refundable

→ Refunds are processed within up to 45 days

NAME CHANGE

→ One name change per ticket allowed until 29 September 2026

→ Flat fee: €15

→ Email info@alocubano.se with your ticket code + new participant’s full name & email

→ Transfer must be completed within 48 hours

UPGRADES

→ Want to upgrade? Simply pay the difference

→ Downgrades are not refundable

→ Upgraded tickets are not eligible for the 10-day refund policy
